Association By-Laws |
| By-law changes are voted
on by the members at the Annual Meeting. Any changes to the by-laws
must be submitted to the membership 30 days in advance of the annual meeting
by the by-laws review committee chaired by the 2nd Vice President.
The current by-laws were revised in July 2008. |

Association Policies |
| KACAA policies are guidelines
for the business of the organization not covered in the by-laws. Current policies were revised in July
2008 and each policy includes the
reference date when that policy was set.
